The mission of The Neighborhood Center, DeLand, is to shelter and feed the homeless work to prevent homelessness.
Founded in 1969, the The Neighborhood Center today has temporary housing for working adults, a thrift shop, offers emergency assistance rent and utilities, and provides transitional housing for families.
