Dear sponsors, ticket-buyers, volunteers and friends of the Feast:
With the welfare of all first in our minds, we have decided that the 29th Annual Wild Game Feast will be an event like we have never had before. There will not be a physical, large-group Wild Game Feast. We simply know we cannot safely gather people on May 7.
However, the objective of Wild Game Feast is and has always been to support the amazing community service organizations that rely so deeply on our support. Those organizations need us today, more than ever. Please contact me (asistrunk@gmail.com or
386-846-8660), or Derek Mears, our Sponsor Captain, (dereksmears@gmail.com or
386-804-8695) if you or your company can still be part of fulfilling this community need.
In the meantime, the board is working on an alternative and creative way to continue the legacy and spirit of the Wild Game Feast into our 29th year, even in the midst of these unprecedented times.
Will there be a feast this year like we have always known it? No. However, we as a club will rise to the occasion and find a creative and unique way to raise these desperately needed funds.
Stay tuned for more information coming very soon about our plan for the 2020 Wild Game Feast .
Stay hopeful and healthy.
Sincerely,
Andy
